Clients & Members: If you become a member or client, we’ll process your data in line with our services and the contracts or terms you agree to. This includes storing your information for things like invoicing, access to digital content, grant notifications, and member updates.

Newsletter/Community Hub+ Sign-Ups: If you sign up for our Free Pass or Community Hub+, we will use your data to:

- Send you access links, grant updates, and new tools

- Tailor your user experience (e.g. grants based on your tags or interests)

Potential Clients: If you express interest but don’t become a member or client, we will delete your personal info after a reasonable time unless you’ve asked to stay on our email list.
